Here’s a sneak peek of some updates I’m making in my studio. My No. 1 problem with organization is that i’m always getting something out but don’t want to put it away because I know I’m going to need it again later. But then I get distracted by the kids and don’t get back to it for days, and then I can’t find it again when I do come back to it. It’s no fun.

So I had this old tin tray that had been painted black, so it wasn’t much use but I pulled it out to use as a chalkboard. It’s pretty fancy with it’s scalloped edges!

I wrote this note to help keep me on track. It reads “just put it away. You can always get it out again later.” Simple, and so far it’s working! :)
